fresh juice friendly staff daily towels
the breakfast was lovely. fresh orange juice was available and that was good. the cappuccino was also excellent.. the staff was friendly. the location is great because it is very close to the metro line 6, restaurants, and bars. the room was clean, and the towels were changed daily, but sheets were on request.
very little space made it difficult to move around the room.

the facility is near metro line 6, so getting around is easy. staff like okan are helpful (i really appreciated the early check-in). complimentary tea, coffee, and water are available all day. i found everything i needed at the shopping mall near place d'italie.
the air conditioning was not working well, and the room got pretty hot during the day.

Acceptable stay, AC issues
The staff were really friendly and helpful (i appreciated this greatly).
The air conditioning was terrible. I asked twice for it to be addressed, without success. The weather exceeded 30 degrees Celsius, so the room became very hot. The AC could not manage the heat at all.
